Screen Cleaning

VARIOWASH 3090 is an odourless screen cleaner with a flashpoint of 90°C. This extremely effective multi-purpose solvent and wetting agent blend is designed for removing almost all graphics, electronics, textile screen printable ink systems (solvent-, water based- and UV curing) and lacquer from screens.

Due to its unique chemical composition VARIOWASH 3090 is multi-functional. In addition to the classic ink removing, this Screen Cleaner in combination with water and/or special Decoating Concentrate VARIOSTRIP 3920 can be applied as water based ink remover or as a so-called all-in-one cleaning solution.

VARIOWASH 4306 is an odourless screen cleaner with a flash point of 100°C. The extremely effective multi-purpose solvent and wetting agent blend is developed for removing of almost all graphics, electronics and textile screen printable ink systems (solvent-, water based- and UV curing) and laquers from screens, tools and squeegees.

VARIOWASH 4326 GEL is an alternative to 4306 but in gel form, and can be applied using a coating through both sides of the mesh.

Stencil Decorating

VARIOSTRIP 9228 is a water soluble decoating concentrate developed for the manual and automatic rapid removal of direct emulsions, direct/indirect, capillary from all types of polyester, nylon and metal fabrics.

Haze/Ghost Image Remover

VARIOHAZE 9105 is a high efficient haze removing gel with alkaline reaction. It contains hypochlorite (bleaching active chlorine) and no complexing compounds. The viscosity guarantees an overall uniform mesh coating with excellent wettability.

VARIOEX 8089 is a high efficient, solvent-based cleaning gel with alkaline reaction and flashpoint of 105°C. The brown colored gel contains caustic soda, readily biodegradable solvents and special wetting agents. The viscosity guarantees an overall uniform mesh coating with excellent wettability.

VARIOFLUID 8077 AS is a high efficient, solvent-based cleaning fluid with alkaline reaction. It contains caustic soda, readily biodegradable solvents, wetting agents and no chlorinated compounds.
