Conventional Screen Inks

Series 450 JK

450 JK is a universal, glossy, one-component screen printing ink for printing plasticized and unplasticized PVC, acrylic sheet, ABS, polystyrene, polyester, polycarbonate, polyamide, paper and cardboard. Good abrasion, blocking, cutting and punching resistance as well as stacking and thermoforming resistance are the main properties of these physically drying inks.
Ink series 450 JK is lightfast, weatherproof and resistant to oils, fats and alcohol. (technical data sheet)

Series 10 KK

10 KK is a high-gloss, two-component screen printing ink for printing pre-treated polyolefin’s (polypropylene, polyethylene), polyamide, polycarbonate, glass, thermosets, wood, metal, ceramics and other hard materials. Very smooth flow, good permanent flexibility and fast touch/complete drying are the main properties of these physically drying, reactive-curing inks. 10 KK ink series is resistant to oils, fats, wetting agents, alcohol, acids, weak alkalis and most solvents. It is not resistant to phenol-containing fill products. (technical data sheet)

Series 110 GE

One component ink for screen and pad printing on glass and ceramics as well as metal and thermosets. This glossy, physically drying and chemical reactive screen printing ink exhibits very good mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as a good flexibility. The final oven curing is required for the chemical hardening process and assumption for the above mentioned resistance. (technical data sheet)

Series 180 PE

Universally suitable, glossy one- or two-component screen printing ink for printing pre-treated polyolefin’s (polyethylene, polypropylene) unplasticized PVC, polystyrene, ABS, acrylic sheet, polycarbonate, polyurethane, polyamide and metal. Rapid drying, optimum printability and good blocking and impact resistance are the key properties of these physically drying, reactive-curing inks. Ink series 180 PE is resistant to oils, fats, alcohol, wetting agents and solvents. (technical data sheet)

Series 700 ST

High-gloss, two-component screen ink for printing pre-treated polyolefin (polyethylene, polypropylene), PET, unplasticized PVC and other plastic containers. Rapid drying, excellent printability and good blocking and impact resistance are the key properties of these physically drying, reactive-curing inks. Ink series 700 ST is resistant to alcohol, fats, oils, wetting agents and solvents but has limited resistance to alcohol-containing fill products. (technical data sheet)

UV Curing Inks

Series 920 UV

Universal UV screen printing inks with a thixotropic formulation for printing plastic containers for the packaging industry. Can be used on pre-treated polyethylene (PE), PVC, polypropylene (PP) and other plastics as well as paper and cardboard. Good adhesion and curing are guaranteed, even at fast machine speeds. Because of their special properties, UV inks in the series are also suitable for extreme climatic conditions (temperature range > 28° C). They can also be used to print the outside of packaging for food and have good water and solvent resistance. (technical data sheet)

Series 970 UV/CD

970 UV a special UV screen printing ink with a thixotropic formulation for inline and offline printing of compact discs. Ink series 970 UV has excellent adhesion and good flow onto the majority of commonly used CD lacquers. Excellent curing and adhesion are guaranteed, even at fast printing speeds. (technical data sheet)

CD R package

This range of products have been specially formulated for printing CD-Rs with both gold and silver metallization (aluminium) and are suitable for overprinting all commonly used UV-CD lacquers and for inline and offline printing. Good curing and adhesion are guaranteed, even at high printing speeds. This ink range includes specialty products, such as matt and transparent varnishes for achieving textured and matt effects, and colour concentrates for tinting and mixing imitation gold colours. Also available in the range are special matt varnishes in different variants for the CD-R range. These surfaces can be easily imprinted. Please contact us for further information.

Series 985 UV

Universally suitable, high-gloss and highly reactive UV screen printing ink for printing plastic containers for the packaging industry. Can be used on PVC, pre-treated polyolefin’s (PE/PP), and other plastics as well as paper and cardboard. Excellent curing and adhesion are guaranteed, even at fast printing speeds. Ink series 985 UV is also suitable for printing the outside of packaging for food and has good water and solvent resistance. (technical data sheet)

Pad Printing Inks

Series T 25

One-component solvent based ink for pad printing on non pre-treated polypropylene (PP). This glossy, physically drying pad printing ink has good chemical and mechanical resistance. The inks of T 25 are light fast, weather resistant and guarantee high opacity. (technical data sheet)

Series T 45

Universally suitable, glossy, one-component solvent based pad printing ink for printing PVC, polystyrene, ABS, acrylic sheet, polyamide, polyester, polycarbonate, paper and cardboard. High gloss, good abrasion resistance and excellent resistance to mechanical stress are the key properties of these physically drying inks. T 45 ink series is lightfast, weatherproof and resistant to fats, oils, and alcohol. (technical data sheet)
