Wilflex are the worlds market leader in the manufacture of Plastisols for textile printing.

We offer a comprehensive range of Plastisols to meet the needs of all textile printers.

Whites

BRIGHT TIGER WHITE (for 100% cotton and cotton blends) - true, "optically bright" opaque white, low gloss, with excellent fibre "matt down".

ARTIST (for 100% cotton non bleed fabrics only) - fast flash, low after tack, opaque bright white, matt appearance, excellent fibre matt - down.

ATHLETIC TROPHY WHITE (for 100% cotton, cotton blend, polycotton and polyester) - has excellent bleed resistance, and "fibre matt down", high viscosity and opacity.

MX WHITE (for 100% cotton, cotton blends and some synthetics) - wet on wet Highlight white for use with MX Mixing System only.

OLYMPIA PLUS WHITE (for 100% cotton) - high opaque "highlight" white for non bleed garments, with excellent fibre "matt down".

Mixing Systems

OPAQUE MATCHMAKER™ MIXING SYSTEM - A mixing system for simulation of Pantone® colours allows you to simulate Pantone® spectrum with 23 intermixable colours including GNS Super flurescents excellent opacity onto dark garments and over flash white.

MX MIXING SYSTEM - A finished ink system that allows you to simulate the Pantone® spectrum with just 15 intermixable colours strong bright colours excellent opacity matt finish

PC COLOUR MIXING SYSTEM - Pigment concentrate and base system. Concentrates can be used with all Wilflex bases.

All Wilflex Textile Inks should be pre-printed and test washed by the customer before going into production since garment mixture can vary considerably from batch to batch and should not be taken for granted.

Spray Adhesives

For holding down the garment when printing - various tacks available.
